KING FUNERAL HOME SOLD TO BODENHORN, SHAFFER
Mrs. N. Lee Roy King today announced the transfer of ownership of the N. Lee Roy King Funeral Home, 310 S. Second St., Apollo, to Logan E. Bodenhorn and Clifford A. Shaffer.
The transfer will be effective tomorrow.
All services of the home, including the telephone number, GR 2-1941, will remain the same under the new propriotors [sic].
The transfer marks the end of four generations of the King name in the funeral business in the Kiski Valley.
Bodenhorn and Shaffer have, in combination, 53 years of service at the funeral home. Bodenhorn has been employed there for 35 years and Shaffer for 18 years.
